Privacy policy
1. Scope and contact
This policy covers our Android app and this support website. The app is intended for a general audience aged 13 and above and is not directed to children under 13. For privacy questions or requests, contact quintin913.qpao@gmail.com.
2. Settings on your device
Your cities, language, clock font, time format, animation, weather preferences and home-screen widget settings are stored on your device. The app has no user accounts and does not request GPS location, camera, microphone or contacts permissions. Android automatic backup and device data transfer are disabled.
Clearing app data or uninstalling removes local preferences and weather caches. Removing an individual widget removes its configuration.
3. Optional weather
Weather is off by default. When enabled, the app sends the selected primary city's fixed coordinates to MET Norway, not your GPS location. The service also receives your connection IP, app identification and public developer contact information and handles connection records under its policies.
Weather is requested while the app is in the foreground. Responses, timestamps and cache headers are stored locally to reduce requests. Disabling weather stops new requests; an in-progress request may still complete. The displayed information is a forecast for a nearby time, not a live observation.

4. Advertising and consent
The app uses Google AdMob (Google Mobile Ads SDK) for banner ads and Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) for applicable consent and privacy choices. The ads SDK collects and shares IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, app and ad interactions, and diagnostics for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and service operation. IP addresses may be used to estimate approximate location. Actual data depends on device, region, SDK and privacy settings.
The app requests non-personalized ads. This does not mean no data is collected. The ads SDK encrypts data in transit using TLS. Where applicable, privacy options in the app settings let you review or change your choices. You can also manage your advertising identifier in Android settings.
Third-party retention, international processing and deletion are governed by the provider's policies and your settings. Uninstalling the app does not automatically delete data already held by third parties. See Google's privacy policy and Mobile Ads data disclosures.
5. Support and website
If you email us, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to provide. We use them to respond to your issue and related requests. Do not send passwords, verification codes or unnecessary sensitive information. Support messages are retained for issue resolution and necessary recordkeeping. You may request deletion, subject to legal or security retention needs.
This website does not include ads, analytics tracking code or contact forms. Hosting and network providers may process connection IP addresses, browser information and access logs to deliver pages and maintain security.
6. Your choices and requests
- Disable weather to stop new weather requests.
- Clear app data or uninstall to remove local data.
- Use the app's privacy options where available to manage ad consent.
- Consult third-party policies to request access or deletion of data those services hold.
Contact us to ask about, access, correct or delete information you directly provided to the developer. We may need to verify the source of a request to prevent disclosure to the wrong person.
7. Changes
We will update this page and its date when features or data practices change, and provide in-app notice or seek consent when required.
